The participants were offered group and individual instructional sessions for two Years. The body weight change after 2 years. Results: After 6 (Six) months, participants assignee to each diet had lost an average of 6 KGM. which represented 8%. of their initial weight; they began to regain weight after 12 months. By 2 years weight loss remained similar in those who were assigned to a diet with 20% protein and those who assigned to a diet with 35% protein and those assigned to a diet with 25%. fat and those assigned to a diet with 50% fat and those assigned to a diet with 70% carbohydrates, 60% carbohydrates and 50% carbohydrates. We saw that both group protein loss 3 to 3.5 KGM respectively fat loss 3.5 KGM in both group And 3 to 3.5kgm loss of carbohydrated in Both group respectively. Conclusions: Reduced calorie diets in clinical Meaningful weight loss regardless of which Macronutrients they Emphasize.
